Dates: Friday, 8th, Saturday, 9th, Sunday, 10th Nov, 2024

Note: This is an immersive retreat where full participation is requested over the three days. It is advised to check in at your accommodation on Thursday, 7th November (a day prior to the retreat), and check out on Monday, 11th November.
Tentative daily schedule:
Satsang: 10:30 am – 12:00 pm
Meditation: 4:00 pm – 4:30 pm
After-dinner meetup: 8:30 pm – 9:15 pm
Location – Meditation Hall at Shaantam Resort

Contribution to cover expenses
Gautam does not charge any fee for his time and for conducting the retreat. Some volunteers have thus far helped cover costs for venue, travel, filming, equipment, etc., to support the coming together of others too who may benefit from the teaching.
So that expenses get evenly distributed amongst all participants, we request a contribution of a minimum of Rs. 9000/- per person (Nine thousand INR). Any extra contribution you make will go a long way in helping us spread the teachings and cover regular expenses. It would be greatly appreciated so we, as a collective, can equally support the teaching.
You are welcome to contribute any amount above Rs.9000/- as you wish, though the suggested slabs per person are below:

Refund Policy for contribution amount
Cancellation by participants:
If a cancellation is made more than 30 days before the retreat, a full refund of your contribution amount will be provided.
If a cancellation is made less than 30 days before the retreat but more than a week before the scheduled date, a 50% refund will be issued.
Cancellations made within a week before the retreat will not be eligible for a refund.
Please note that it does not include refunds for your personal flight and accommodation bookings. You may refer to the airline and hotel refund policies.
Note: Refunds outside India will not be possible as it is operationally cumbersome. Reimbursement to a local Indian bank account is possible.
Cancellation of the Event:
In the unlikely circumstance of the event being canceled, 100% refund of your contribution amount will be provided. Please note that it does not include refunds for your personal flight and accommodation bookings. You may refer to the airline and hotel refund policies.
RSVP:
Please confirm your participation by sending the contribution (a minimum of Rs. 9000/- per person), filling in the form below AND emailing us at retreat@gautamsachdeva.com with your name and contact number. Please make your own arrangements for accommodation and food, and pay your hotel of choice directly for it.
WhatsApp Group:
You will be added to a temporary WhatsApp group closer to the retreat date. This will be the point of communication amongst the participants and the organizers.
Contribution Fee Waiver:
We can consider waiving the contribution fee of Rs. 9000 (Nine thousand INR) for individuals who would like to attend the retreat but are facing financial constraints. Please fill in this form if you wish to request for a waiver.
Note: You will still need to make your own arrangements and pay for your accommodation and food.

It is advisable to stay at or around Shaantam Resorts & Spa, Rishikesh, depending on one’s budget.
