• Cancellations made 30 days before the retreat are eligible for a full refund of the contribution made.
• Cancellations made less than 30 days before the retreat are not eligible for a refund.
• No-shows will not be eligible for a refund.

• Refunds for participants outside India are not possible (even when the event is cancelled) as it is operationally cumbersome.
• A refund is available for participants outside India only if it can be made to an Indian bank account.
• Please refer airline and hotel policies for refunds on flight and accommodation bookings.
• In the unlikely circumstance of the event being cancelled, a 100% refund of the contribution will be provided.

• Payment platform transaction fees are non-refundable.
• Refunds will be processed within 60 business days of the request. The amount will be credited to the original payment method.
