Embrace the Full Experience
Retreats provide time and space for uninterrupted immersion in the Teachings and to be with Gautam for longer than usual. Participants will attend talks and meditations with Gautam in this venerated town during the retreat. This is an immersive retreat held over three days for people over the age of 18 years.

| Dates | November 27 (Friday), 28 (Saturday) and 29 (Sunday), 2026. Please plan to arrive on Thursday, November 26 before the retreat begins and leave on Monday, November 30, after the retreat ends. This allows for uninterrupted attendance of sessions over the three days. |

| Registration | Registration is mandatory for anyone who would like to participate in this retreat. You may book your place in the retreat by paying the contribution and filling the registration form. Participants need to be 18+ years old. Registration is now open for this retreat. | Contribution | Gautam does not charge any fee for his time and for conducting the retreat. We request a contribution to help cover the costs of organising, recording, editing and hosting the retreat. | WhatsApp Group | Once you have transferred the contribution and filled the registration form, it is mandatory to join the WhatsApp group (messages sent from Admins only). This group is used for sharing all retreat-related information such as travel advisories, schedules, venues for informal gatherings etc. Your request to join the group will be approved only after registration is completed. |
| Waiver | Please fill in this form if you wish to request for a waiver of the contribution required to participate in the retreat. Please note that participants receiving a waiver may be requested to assist with simple tasks during the retreat, which will not interfere with attending sessions. We will review your application and let you know if we are able to accommodate your request. Kindly book your place in the retreat only after your waiver request has been approved. |

| Attendance | Participants understand that they commit to attending all sessions of the retreat upon registration. Those who have not registered for the retreat will not be allowed to attend. |
| Travel and Stay | All participants are required to arrange travel, accommodation and food for themselves. Varanasi is very busy during this time of the year and hotels are, usually, fully booked. We advise that you book your accommodation well in advance. We also recommend booking tickets that are fully refundable and cancellable. Unforeseen global or geopolitical developments could create uncertainties that disrupt plans and lead to cancellation of retreats. |

| Travel to and from Varanasi | Varanasi is well connected by air through the Lal Bahadur Shastri International Airport, with direct flights from most major Indian cities. Taxis and cabs are easily available from the airport to the city. Trains are also available to Varanasi Junction and Banaras Station from cities across India. You are welcome to coordinate travel with other participants on the WhatsApp group. |
| Travel within Varanasi | Participants can hire autorickshaws, bikes, scooters or cars for travel within Varanasi. |
| Staying at Saptapuri | This is our first retreat in Varanasi. Saptapuri is serene and beautiful, and comes highly recommended as a retreat venue. However, the hotel has only a limited number of rooms which have been booked for Gautam and the team organising the retreat. Participants are, therefore, requested to make their reservations nearby, at one of the recommended hotels listed below. These options have been selected for their convenience and proximity to Saptapuri. We will inform registered participants if rooms become available at Saptapuri closer to the retreat. |

| Travel to and from hotels | Since this is our first retreat in Varanasi, we are exploring the possibility of arranging transport for participants from and to their hotels. We will share details closer to the retreat. You are also free to hire a car or scooty for your personal transportation. |
| Food | Participants staying at Saptapuri can have their meals at the restaurant. You may check their buffet and a la carte menus for prices. Those who are not staying at Saptapuri can also do the same or find other options in Varanasi. |
| Seating | Please note that we have limited chairs available, so many of us may need to sit on the floor. If you feel you would be more comfortable with a cushion, please feel free to carry one with you. |
| Food | Participants staying at Sparsa can have their meals at the restaurant. You may check their buffet and a la carte price options. Those who are not staying in Sparsa can also do the same or find other options in Tiru. |
